Now you can easily connect two L-TEK pads together for doubles play!
This kit allows you to connect two L-TEK pads together for doubles play. There are three options available to allow for easy connection and disconnection. Each option comes with 4 connectors, spacers, and 8 extra long screws. The extra long screws will replace the current screws where the connectors go. They provide a secure connection while allowing space for the connectors and spacers.
Use the dropdown menu above to select an option:
Option 1: Snap on connection - Includes 4 snap on connectors, 8 spacers, and 8 screws
Option 2: Half snap on connection - Includes 4 half snap on connectors, 6 spacers, and 8 screws
Option 3: Permanent connection - Includes 4 connectors, 4 spacers, and 8 screws
Which option you choose depends on if you want to disconnect the two pads. If you plan on leaving them connected then the "permanent connection" is the best option. With this option you will need to remove the screws to disconnect the pads. If you want to be able to easily disconnect the pads for singles play then the "half snap on" or "snap on connection" is the best option. With these options you can easily remove the connectors to separate the pads.
Instructions:
Step 1: Remove the current screws where you will be connecting the two pads.
Step 2: Determine where there spacer will go and insert the extra long screws with the spacers. Be sure to hand tighten the screws only. At this step you will want the screw to be a little loose still.
Step 3:
Snap on connection: If you are using the "snap on connection" option then you can attach the the connectors now. Close the snap on connections and tighten the screws more. Be sure to hand tighten them only and do not overtighten.
Permanent connection: Put the connectors where you want them and insert the remaining extra long screws. Be sure to hand tighten only and do not overtighten. Close the snap on connections and tighten the screws more. Be sure to hand tighten them only and do not overtighten.
