This is the Stainless-Steel Grounding Base that forms the first layer of a Cobalt Flux pad. It is part of our Cobalt Flux DIY Pad Kit. It can be used to build a DIY pad, to repair a Cobalt Flux pad, or to build a replica of a Cobalt Flux pad.
