Compatible with all L-TEK pads

Custom cut Stainless Steel Plate with highly conductive pressure sensitive adhesive backing.

Custom engineered and laser cut stainless steel with electrically conductive adhesive backing. These stainless steel plates are designed to work with all L-TEK pads.

They decrease the distance between the metal sensors creating an ultra-sensitive pad. Backed with industrial strength conductive adhesive infused with silver. Just peel off the sticker like backing to reveal the adhesive, then stick this to the steel sensors on your pad.

These stainless steel inserts increase connectivity and decrease the distance the sensors must travel to register a step on the pad. Easy to install, this mod is meant to be permanent, but it can be removed.

Includes 4 stainless steel plates, one for each arrow panel on the L-TEK pad. A 5 plate version is available for the PIU EX PRO.

Available in two different sensitivity levels

High Sensitivity - Recommended for the majority of people.

Ultra High Sensitivity - For those who want a very sensitive pad. Every pad is slightly different based on factors such as manufacturing tolerance and the age of the pad. For this reason the Ultra High Sensitivity mod may be too sensitive for some pads. Additional modification may be required to achieve the optimal level of sensitivity.

breathes new life into a worn pad

These plates aren't magic. It's not like this is going to make your L-TEK feel like an arcade pad. But for the price, and how much they improve an L-TEK, I can't complain.

I have an L-TEK that is about 1.5 years old. The lack of springiness in my sensors was really bad to the point that it was almost unusable. I had to hit the pad harder, I had to get better at center-stepping, notes would register late, and hold notes would drop regularly. I bought these plates trying to save myself from spending more money buying replacement sensors that I'd have to solder on.

After installing the plates, I could actually use my pad again. I was worried that it would be too sensitive or that it wouldn't work well, but it's actually pretty good. The one downside is that I can feel the plate under the sensor, so it feels a bit awkward when I land on the corners where the plate doesn't cover.

I've been using them for about a month now, and I'd probably install these again in a new pad if I ever had to replace the whole thing.
